Located on a north-facing slope in Mosman, this residence offers stunning views across Sydney's Middle Harbour to the Spit Bridge and Clontarf. Nestled into the cliff, the house appears as a single storey from the street, emphasising the breathtaking northern panorama.

The project involved demolishing the existing house and constructing a large brick and concrete structure with a swimming pool and expansive concrete cantilevers, all meticulously aligned to a precise 600mm x 600mm grid.

A simple cement-rendered exterior with light bronze anodised aluminium windows, sliding doors, and external sun control louvres. 

Inside, special attention was taken to the elegant oak joinery and Travertine floors, while the northern elevation features stepped cantilevered roofs and full-height ellipsoid aluminium louvres for sun protection and privacy..
