North Point - Palm Beach

This project involved extensive alterations and additions to an existing house, including a new swimming pool that captures spectacular northern views on a steep, challenging site. 

Completed in 2016, the renovated beach home created vista sweeping, open-plan living spaces for the growing family and a seamless link to the outdoor pool area and landscaped spaces.

Emphasising sustainability, we incorporated passive solar design principles and used eco-friendly materials, including Blackbutt flooring, low-VOC paints, and a rainwater tank. 

The result is a beautifully optimised home that balances functionality with aesthetics while meeting the evolving needs of its residents.
