This coastal retreat on Sydney’s Northern Beaches boasts breathtaking views over Whale Beach to the ocean horizon. Inside, the home feels light, airy, and spacious, designed to accommodate both large family gatherings and everyday living.

Seamless indoor-outdoor connections enhance the sense of openness, while the central staircase links all levels and floods the interior with natural light.

Using SDC's innovative Rapid Build process, pre-fabricated sections were incorporated throughout construction, significantly accelerating the build and reducing on-site labour. This approach supported sustainable building practices, ensuring the home was completed efficiently without sacrificing its stunning design or functionality.
