Light House - Paddington

WINNER - 2019 HIA NSW - Housing and Kitchen and Bathroom Awards

Located in a World Heritage conservation area, the Light House construction transforms the interior of an existing townhouse from the 1990s Paddington Royal Hospital for Women redevelopment. 

This project involved a complete strip-out of the three-storey structure and significant structural modifications, creating an open space filled with sunlight, fresh air, and garden views.

The staircase acts as a striking light fixture, filtering natural light through the structure from the skylights above. This detailed fit-out was accomplished on a challenging site with no parking or storage, showcasing exceptional construction precision.
